Frequently Asked Questions

What measurements do you need?
We need the finished width and height of the headboard, your bed size and any relevant room or bed-base measurements. A clear photo of the space is also helpful.
Can I choose my own fabric and finish?
Yes. Choose from our upholstery fabric ranges and let us know whether you prefer a simple upholstered finish, piping, a border or deep-button detailing.
Can you make non-standard sizes?
Yes. Each headboard is made to order, so both standard bed sizes and custom dimensions can be accommodated.
Can you make a matching bed-base cover?
Yes. Matching upholstered bed-base covers and coordinating soft furnishings can be included in your quotation.
How long will my headboard take?
Custom orders generally take 10–15 working days once all details have been confirmed. During periods of high demand, lead times may be longer. If you’re working towards a particular date, we recommend ordering well in advance.
Can you arrange delivery?
Delivery arrangements are quoted according to the finished headboard size and delivery location. Send us your address with your quote request.
