Frequently Asked Questions

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders generally take 10–15 working days once all details have been confirmed. During periods of high demand, lead times may be longer. If you’re working towards a particular date, we recommend ordering well in advance.
Can you make cushions in any size or shape?
Yes – rectangles, circles, trapezoids, L-shapes & more.
For complex requests please email us.
What fillings do you use?
High-density Strandfoam cores wrapped in a custom DACRON sleeve.
Medium-density & fire-retardant foams on request.
Scatter cushions use feather or unicurl fibre.
Are the covers removable?
Yes – concealed YKK zips (standard placement along the longest gusset).
